PERMOHONAN METER TNB – LULUS DULU BARU BAYAR

NEM meter - Permohonan Meter Skim Net Metering (NEM) dan P2P disebut di atas adalah saluran jana keuntungan dengan menjual lebihan tenaga kepada TNB- jadi anda tak perlu pasang bateri simpanan yang mahal. Jadi apabila selesai kerja pemasangan meter. Permohonan untuk menukar meter kepada meter Solar yang boleh export dan import dan menjual tenaga elektrik kepada TNB.

🔹 Harga Bayaran Permohonan Meter NEM

• TNB hanya megenakan cas duty stamp RM 10 setelah document lengkap dan lulus permohonan , penukaran METER jenis export import akan dilakukan setelah pembayaran.

3. Copy of IC (Individual TNB Account) / Company's Authorization Letter and Representative's Copy of IC (Non-Individual TNB Account) *

4. NEM Testing and Commissioning Form *

5. Image of TNB Meter *

6. ST License

7. NEM Contract
   (Terms and Conditions) *

8. Competent Certificate / Confirmation of Competency from Accreditation Body (N & Q Form)

9. G & H Form (Attachment Single Line Diagram and Test Results are required) *

1. Access the Form.
2. The form is divided into mandatory and optional fields. Ensure all required fields (marked with *) are filled out to avoid submission errors.
3. Scroll Down to File Attachment for Application. Upload the pdf document not more than 5MB.
4. After verifying all fields and documents, click the Next button at the bottom of the form.

3. Tick the checkboxes.
4. Click Submit to proceed after completing all entries in this section.

Service Provider will be directed to this acknowledgment page.

The Service Provider will receive an acknowledgment email with the assigned Kedai Tenaga details.

CUSTOMER

The Customer also receives an acknowledgement email with the assigned Kedai Tenaga deta

Permohonan Meter Skim Net Energy Metering (NEM) di Malaysia adalah proses untuk pengguna elektrik (rumah, komersial, atau industri) yang ingin menjual balik lebihan tenaga elektrik yang dijana melalui sistem solar PV ke grid TNB.

Berikut panduan ringkas mengenai permohonan NEM:

🔹 Apa itu Skim NEM?

• Skim yang dikawal selia oleh SEDA Malaysia (Sustainable Energy Development Authority).

• Pengguna yang memasang sistem solar PV boleh guna tenaga untuk kegunaan sendiri, dan lebihan tenaga akan dihantar ke grid TNB dengan offset (set-off) pada bil elektrik bulanan.

• Kaedah ini dipanggil “one-to-one offset” (1 kWh eksport = 1 kWh import).

🔹 Jenis NEM

• NEM Rakyat → Untuk kediaman (domestik).

• NEM GoMEn → Untuk bangunan kerajaan.

• NEM NOVA → Untuk komersial & industri.

🔹 Proses Permohonan NEM Meter

1. Pendaftaran & Permohonan

   • Permohonan dibuat melalui sistem NEM Online di portal SEDA Malaysia.

   • Sertakan dokumen sokongan: salinan bil TNB, pelan lokasi, rekabentuk sistem PV, dan butiran kontraktor.

2. Kelulusan SEDA

   • SEDA akan menilai permohonan & mengeluarkan kelulusan kuota NEM.

3. Permohonan Meter TNB

   • Setelah kelulusan SEDA, kontraktor solar (RE/EPCC) akan buat permohonan kepada TNB untuk pemasangan atau penukaran NEM meter (bi-directional meter).

   • Meter ini boleh rekod import & eksport tenaga elektrik.

4. Pemasangan Sistem Solar PV

   • Kontraktor solar akan pasang sistem mengikut spesifikasi teknikal.

5. Ujian & Pentauliahan (Commissioning)

   • TNB & SEDA akan hadir untuk pengujian sebelum sistem disambungkan ke grid.

6. Aktif & Penjanaan Kredit

   • Selepas aktif, lebihan elektrik yang dihantar ke grid akan direkod & ditolak pada bil elektrik bulanan.
