• Mark the exact location (existing pole or proposed location)

2️⃣ Prepare Applicant Information

3️⃣ Supporting Documents
• Copy of IC
• Location photos (day & night)
• Google Maps link / location sketch
• Support letter from Village Head / JKKK (if required)

4️⃣ Submit the Application

• Local Authority (PBT)
